Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Consultant with expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud and Workforce Administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing workforce solutions to enhance organizational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation: Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Workforce Administration: Manage workforce administration tasks, including employee data management, time and attendance, and payroll processing.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workforce management and operational efficiency.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to HR teams and end-users on Oracle HCM Cloud functionalities and best practices.
- Data Analysis: Analyse workforce data to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations in all workforce management activities.
- Project Management: Manage workforce-related projects, including timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in workforce management, with a focus on Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud, including Core HR, Payroll, Time and Labor, and Absence Management.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Project Management: Proven experience in managing projects and delivering results within deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications: Oracle HCM Cloud certification is highly desirable.
- Experience: Experience in a consulting environment is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
