Job Title: HCM Functional Consultant – Helpdesk Module

Experience: 4–8 Years

Location: As per business requirement

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HCM Functional Consultant with expertise in the Helpdesk module. The candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, configuring solutions, supporting implementations, and providing functional expertise for HCM and Helpdesk processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to HCM and Helpdesk processes.

  • Configure and implement HCM Helpdesk solutions based on business needs.

  • Conduct requirement workshops and prepare functional design documents.

  • Support end-to-end implementation activities, including configuration, testing, UAT, and deployment.

  • Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

  • Troubleshoot functional issues and provide post-production support.

  • Prepare training materials and conduct user training sessions.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and best practices.

Required Skills:

  • Strong functional knowledge of HCM modules.

  • Hands-on experience with Helpdesk module configuration and support.

  • Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and business process mapping.

  • Knowledge of incident management, service request management, and case management processes.

  • Experience in UAT support and production issue resolution.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Helpdesk.

  • Knowledge of Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Talent Management, or Recruitment modules.

  • Experience in at least one full-cycle HCM implementation project.

  • Relevant Oracle HCM certifications are preferred.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
