Automation Analyst (Oracle HCM) – 6 to 9 Years (4C)
• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, and Absence Management.
• Analyze business requirements and convert them into reusable automation components and regression suites.
• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing while ensuring test coverage and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with functional SMEs, developers, and business users to validate end-to-end processes.
• Support CI/CD execution, defect analysis, test reporting, and automation maintenance.
• Experience with Opkey (Mandatory)
