Area(s) of responsibility
Develop and maintain Infor M3 customizations, extensions, and integrations.
Build and support interfaces between M3 and external systems using APIs, ION, or other integration tools.
Work with M3 programs, data structures, workflows, and business events.
Develop reports, extracts, and data transformations to meet business requirements.
Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement fixes.
Support upgrades, deployments, testing, and production releases.
Document technical designs, configurations, and support procedures.
Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and business users.
