Job Description – Integration SME (ServiceNow + AI + Third-Party Applications)
Role Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Integration Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong expertise in ServiceNow integrations, third-party applications, and AI-driven solutions. The role involves designing scalable integration architectures, enabling seamless data exchange across enterprise systems, and leveraging AI capabilities to enhance automation and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Integration Architecture & Design
- Define and implement end-to-end integration strategies across ServiceNow and enterprise applications (SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Azure, etc.)
- Design scalable, secure, and reusable integration frameworks (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub, web services)
- ServiceNow Integrations
- Lead integrations across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, IRM, SecOps
- Develop and maintain IntegrationHub spokes, Flow Designer, Scripted APIs
- Third-Party System Integration
- Integrate with platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, SCCM, Intune, OpsRamp, CSM tools, and cloud platforms
