Packaging & Labelling: Data collection and PIMS projects support - Packaging Data Management
- Format and correct supplier-provided packaging data in Excel.
- Compare incoming data with existing packaging part numbers to identify missing entries.
- Create new packaging part numbers in PIMS based on supplier data.
- Coordinate and manage the approval process for newly created part numbers.
- PIMS Data Preparation for Migration
- Translate existing PIMS data into new templates using Excel tools and formulas.
- Rename and reclassify assets according to new standards.
- Verify Packaging Group (PG) component consistency, especially destination plant alignment.
- Deliver clean, formatted, and validated files ready for PIMS migration and GoLive.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Advanced Excel Proficiency:
- VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, TEXT, CONCAT, LEFT/RIGHT
- Pivot tables, conditional formatting
- Data cleaning and handling large datasets
- Data Accuracy & Validation:
- Identify and correct inconsistencies in supplier data
