Product data analyst and IT coordinator in ERP migration projects (Product Compliance Packaging and Labeling)
- Analyze product data from legacy systems and identify gaps, inconsistencies, and anomalies.
- Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and data migration teams to understand product data requirements and mapping rules.
- Analyze and interpret ABAP code to understand the linkage between implemented functionality and data stored in SAP tables.
- Utilize SAP reporting tools such as SQVI (Quick Viewer) and SQ01 (SAP Query) to create custom reports for data validation and gap analysis.
- Assist in defining data cleansing and enrichment strategies to improve the quality of product compliance, packaging, and labeling data.
- Develop and run reports and queries to profile and assess the quality of product data.
- Support the preparation of data migration templates and ensure product data such as BOM, Country of Origin, Part Numbers, and Regulatory Requirements adhere to SAP or target ERP standards.
- Oversee data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities, ensuring product data quality and integrity.
- Validate migrated product data post-load, performing reconciliation between legacy and new ERP systems.
- Document findings, product data issues, and recommendations to improve data integrity.
- Work with IT and business teams to troubleshoot and resolve product data-related issues.
