Title:  Technical Lead-Application Engg Services

Area(s) of responsibility

Responsibilities – 

•    Work closely with software development, product management, and engineering teams to gather information and understand technical requirements.
•    Write and maintain technical documentation for Windchill PLM, including user guides, installation guides, release notes, API documentation, and training materials.
•    Translate technical information into clear and accessible documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
•    Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
•    Organize and maintain a centralized repository of technical documentation, ensuring version control and accessibility for internal and external stakeholders.
•    Participate in reviews and feedback sessions to continuously improve the quality and usability of documentation.
•    Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing and documentation.

Qualifications:
•    Experience in Med devices domain is preferred. 
•    Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Computer Science, or related field.
•    5-7 years of experience in technical writing and documentation, with a focus on software products.
•    Strong understanding of Windchill PLM concepts, modules, and functionalities.
•    Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
•    Proficiency in documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Adobe FrameMaker, or MadCap Flare.
•    Experience with screen capture and graphics editing tools for creating visual aids.
•    Familiarity with XML, HTML, and other markup languages.
•    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
•    Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
