Job Description: ALM Specialist – IBM DOORS Expert

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned ALM professional with deep expertise in IBM DOORS to support our requirements management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in DOORS upgrades, administration, data exchange and  integrations. This role demands strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and validate upgrades of IBM DOORS across environments.
• Manage user access, permissions, and project configurations.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
• Managed and addressed L1, L2, and L3 service tickets for IBM DOORS
• Ensure the availability, performance, and security of IBM DOORS servers
• Facilitate seamless data exchange between DOORS and other ALM tools.
• Develop and maintain DXL scripts to automate tasks and enhance tool functionality.
• Coordinate with IBM and work collaboratively on Complex Issues.
