Job Description – TL/Associate Mngr
- Complete and in-depth knowledge of network management(physical/virtual) & security technologies and
approaches.
- Understanding of Cloud network deployment
- Thorough understanding and knowledge of network operating systems, network equipment and networking
protocols
- Network attack and penetration methods and defences.
- Well Knowledge / Experience in managing Internal & External Security Audit.
- Web application Firewall ( F5)
- Sound knowledge of security techniques, latest protocols and defences against new attacks
- Mitigate security vulnerabilities by implementing applicable solutions and tools
- Basic ability to program scripts and batch files
- Network installations, implementations and configurations
- Well knowledge/experience on Checkpoint/Palo-Alto/Firewalls
- Experience & good knowledge of Wireless technology, Identity Management.
- Well knowledge/experience on routers, switches, enterprise Wireless (Cisco Chassis) -
- In-depth trouble shooting and problem analysis skills
- Willingness to work in 24x7 Global Operation support
- Well knowledge/experience on the routing protocols - Ability to design and deploy client solutions
- Operational experience in managing/maintaining complex network environments within a managed service
environment
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills with specific focus on technical and operational
documentation
-People management, excellent team player, manage internal & external Customers.
- Capacity planning, presentations, documentation, AMC management, Team management, shift planning, etc.
-Skill in using analytics, logic and reasoning to troubleshoot issues and find the best solutions to overcome
challenges
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with conflicting priorities
