We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Engineer / Network Specialist to oversee our Network Data & Voice operations. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience with CISCO Switches, Routers, Fortinet Firewall, SD WAN, Virtual Network, Cisco Wireless, Juniper, VPN, FortiManager, CISCO CUCM, and the ability to manage a team.
Key Responsibilities:
•    Manage network operations, handle tickets, ensure timely resolution, and escalate unresolved issues to technical SMEs or OEMs.
•    Design, implement, and maintain network data and voice systems.
•    Develop and enforce network policies and procedures to ensure security and compliance.
•    Manage network projects, including upgrades and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption.
•    Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior network engineers.
•    Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve network infrastructure.
•    Handle all escalations efficiently and provide solutions.
•    Work closely with team members to ensure projects are completed on time.
•    Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
•    Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate network solutions with business needs.
Technical Expertise Required:
•    Extensive hands-on experience with Cisco Routing & Switching Routers and Fortinet Firewall.
•    Strong knowledge of Cisco Wireless solutions, especially Catalyst Wireless solutions (Cisco Wireless certification preferred).
•    Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, and firewall configurations.
•    Proficiency in SD-WAN, Virtual Network, and VPN technologies.
•    Experience with FortiManager, CISCO CUCM
•    Proven hands-on experience in network data and voice management.
•    Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
•    Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are a must or Fortinet 
•    Fortinet NSE certification (e.g., NSE 4, NSE 5, NSE 6) or Cisco Wireless certification (e.g., CCNA Wireless, CCNP Wireless) preferred.
