Experience – 7 to 10 Years
- Strong expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and functional programming concepts
- Proficiency in Python libraries/frameworks such as:
- Data: Pandas, NumPy
- Visualization: Matplotlib, Plotly
- Experience in building APIs and scalable backend systems
- Familiarity with PLC systems (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell Automation), SCADA systems (e.g., Ignition SCADA), and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
- Integration experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP ERP), IoT platforms, and cloud services (AWS/Azure), along with knowledge of protocols such as OPC-UA, MQTT, and REST APIs
- Experience in developing automation scripts using Python
- Ability to develop, test, and deploy software solutions across the full lifecycle
- Capability to design and implement applications based on business requirements
- Experience in analyzing sensor and assembly data and automating reporting systems
- Ability to integrate plant machinery with enterprise systems
- Exposure to predictive maintenance using machine learning
