Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Key skills & responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Teamcenter, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues reported by end-users.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, upgrades, and patches to ensure the stability and performance of the Teamcenter system.
- Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Teamcenter Application : Issue investigation and Application Monitoring an toubelshooting and Deployment
- Experience in Managing TCUA Installation, Upgrade, Deployment and Service Maintenance
- Assist with user training and provide guidance on best practices for utilizing Teamcenter effectively.
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners as needed to escalate issues and implement enhancements.
- Conduct regular audits of system configurations and security settings to ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
- Perform administrative tasks such as user account management, access control, and license management within the Teamcenter environment.
