Position Title: SAP Basis Consultant with S/4HANA Administration

Location: Offshore

Job Type: Office (5 days)

Job Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced SAP S4HANA/GTS/BTP Administrator to support SAP S4HANA, GTS and Business Technology Platform (BTP) environments from Basis perspective, you will ensure system performance, high availability, and security throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities:

• Configuration, and administration of SAP S4HANA, GTS systems, driving system performance, security, and optimization.
• Support Project teams during build, testing, cutover and hyper care phases of S/4 HANA implementation
• Support SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), ensuring its seamless integration with SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Monitor and optimize performance using SAP tools, proactively identifying and addressing issues to minimize downtime and enhance system responsiveness.
• Administer and troubleshoot across multiple SAP modules, including SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT), SAP GTS, SAP GRC.
• SAP Solution Manager setup and configuration, managing system change requests (CharM) and monitoring tools.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Perform SAP system monitoring, performance tuning, and database management to optimize system efficiency and stability.
• Address security vulnerabilities across the SAP landscape to maintain a secure operating environment and protect sensitive data.
• Work with cloud teams and have familiarity with AWS or Azure (nice-to-have) for managing cloud integrations.

Experience and Skills Required:

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis with 3+ years on S/4HANA administration.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA on RISE deployments.
• Proven experience administering SAP GTS, BTP, SAP SLT, and OpenText archiving and document management solutions.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager and CharM configuration for managing system changes.
• Experience with security remediation and vulnerability management in the SAP landscape.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across functional teams.
• Proven ability to innovate and solve complex technical issues.
• Agile mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for documentation and team collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (equivalent experience accepted).
• Relevant SAP certifications such as SAP Certified Technology Associate – SAP S/4HANA System Administration or SAP Business Technology Platform Certification are highly desirable.
