Job Description: Oracle RightNow Service Cloud Consultant
Role Overview:
The Oracle CX Consultant will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting Oracle Customer Experience (CX) solutions, including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and CDM. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical, functional, and soft skills to deliver high-quality solutions and drive business value for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Skills:
· Develop and customize Oracle RightNow Service Cloud components, including (Mandatory to have)
o Reports and Dashboards/Scheduling
o Widget Customizations, Customer Portal configuration
o Custom Scripts and Addins
o Javascript API, Custom Process (CPM), Custom scripts
o Integrations and Workspace Design
o REST API, PHP, ROQL
· Configure and enhance Oracle Sales Cloud features (Good to have)
o Sandbox, Pages, Work areas, Workspaces
o OTBI and BIP reports
o Groovy Scripts, Oracle SQL, Application Composer
o Sales plugin in Outlook, Import/Export, Integrations (REST/SOAP API), Workflow
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
· 5+ years of experience in Oracle CX implementation and support
· Hands-on expertise in Oracle RightNow Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and CDM modules
· Proficiency in scripting (Groovy, JavaScript, PHP), API integrations, and report development
· Experience in functional configuration and business process mapping
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Good to have experience in Oracle Eloqua
