Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle HCM & Absence Management professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) and Absence Management solutions. This role involves working closely with HR and IT teams to ensure that the systems meet the organization's business needs and align with its goals and objectives. The candidate should have a deep understanding of Oracle HCM modules, including but not limited to Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Absence Management.
Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Oracle HCM Cloud and Absence Management modules as per the organization's requirements.
- Use HDL for data migration and integration tasks.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for Oracle HCM Cloud and Absence Management modules.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and operation of Oracle HCM Cloud and Absence Management modules.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud: The candidate must have a strong understanding and working experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including its functionalities, capabilities, and integration with other systems.
- HDL: The candidate should have a solid understanding of HCM Data Loader (HDL) and should be able to use it effectively for data migration and integration tasks.
- Absence Management: The candidate should have a deep understanding of Absence Management and its application within the Oracle HCM Cloud system.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field is required.
Preferred Skills
- Core HR: Knowledge of Core HR processes and systems would be beneficial.
- Payroll: Understanding of payroll processes and systems would be an added advantage.
- AI Apps for HR: Familiarity with AI applications for HR, including their implementation and usage, would be beneficial.
- Fast Formula: Knowledge of Oracle's Fast Formula language would be a plus.
- BI Publisher: Experience with BI Publisher for creating custom reports would be advantageous.
- Fusion Security: Understanding of Fusion Security concepts would be beneficial.
- Workflow and Approval Management: Knowledge of workflow and approval management within Oracle HCM Cloud would be a plus.
- Talent Management: Familiarity with Talent Management processes and systems would be advantageous.
- Performance Management: Understanding of Performance Management processes and systems would be beneficial.
- Project Management: Experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring, would be a plus.
