Role: Salesforce Tech Lead
Experience: 7-9 years

Location: Noida preferred but open for Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai

Job Description:
o    Technical Salesforce developer with experience in complex software development and support. Works closely with business and partner IT teams to understand business data, requirements, and integrations to ensure stable operations and to fix bugs and build new capabilities.
Responsibilities:
o    Must have at least 6- 8 Years of SFDC development and implementation experience.
o    Experience in building Salesforce apps from development to support.
o    In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM/PRM applications.
o    Ability to Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders.
o    Analyze detailed business/functional/technical requirements and specifications for the application.
o    Supporting application testing, deployment, maintenance, and evolution activities by correcting programming errors, responding to scope changes, and coding application enhancements.
o    Knowledge on APIs and security settings.
o    Good verbal and written communication skills.
Education and Experience Required:
o    Typically, a technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience or a Master's degree and a minimum of 3 years and up to 8 years of related experience.
Knowledge and Skills: 
Primary Skills:
o    Salesforce Service Cloud / Sales Cloud/Experience Cloud
o    Salesforce CRM/PRM Modules.
o    Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Flows, Triggers, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports
o    Lightning (Aura, LWC), HTML, CSS, JavaScript
o    Integration SOAP, REST, Bulk API), integration patterns, and best practices.
o    Knowledge of Omniscripts, Omni Studio and Salesforce CPQ is an added advantage.
o    Knowledge of Salesforce PRM.

Secondary Skills:
o    MSSQL DB
o    NodeJS
o    Managed package experience
o    Einstein Analytics and Community Cloud 
o    Good to have PD1 certification
Certifications (Preferred / Desired):
o    Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201)

o    Salesforce Platform Developer I (and II is a plus).
