Title:  Technical Specialist-App Development

PROJECT:
Project goal is to operationalize the Infrastructure automation efforts which includes Automation Metering, automation platforms AWX (Open Source Ansible Tower), RedHat Ansible Automation Platform and Aria Automation.

Job Responsibilities:
• On a daily basis, this individual will collaborate with an Agile Application Development team to enhance our Infrastructure by creating self-service provisioning services utilizing Ansible, Python, and various other scripting technologies.
• Write Ansible playbooks and Python scripts to streamline automation and configuration processes at the infrastructure level.
• Integrate automation solutions with existing systems and tools, ensuring seamless and efficient workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation workflows, identifying and implementing necessary fixes or enhancements.
• We are looking for someone who is excited to collaborate in a team, work with many different teams.

• Relevant-3+ years
• Hands on experience with Python , Ansible
• Experience coding with Python and Ansible
• Working with code management tooling such as Github or Gitlab
• Knowledge of application security and secure software development practices
• Hands-on technical experience in designing, building and securing Self-Service.
• Unix and windows operating systems familiarity
• Experience with assessment, implementation, optimization, and documentation of broad set of security technologies and processes such as data protection, cryptography, key management, identity and access management, systems security, network security within IaaS, PaaS environment
• We will not consider any resumes from Software background as the focus is on Infrastructure.
• Good communication skills

Good to have skills:
• Knowledge of securing Kubernetes, Docker Containers, Server less environments
• Demonstrated knowledge of container technology (such as Docker), database technology (such as MS-SQL or Postgresql) and development language (such as Perl or Python)
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and ADO is advantageous.
