Role Overview:
The Boomi Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for Dell Boomi integration solutions. This role involves troubleshooting, monitoring, and optimizing Boomi processes, ensuring seamless data integration across systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2/3 support for Boomi AtomSphere integrations and related components.
- Monitor Boomi processes and resolve failures or performance issues.
- Troubleshoot and debug integration errors, connectivity issues, and API failures.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement fixes and enhancements.
- Maintain and update Boomi environments, including Atoms, Molecules, and Clouds.
- Ensure compliance with security and data governance standards.
- Document solutions, processes, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
- Work with stakeholders to understand integration requirements and provide technical guidance.
- Will have to work in rotational day and night shifts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise:
- Hands-on experience with Boomi AtomSphere platform.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs (REST/SOAP), and web services.
- Knowledge of XML, JSON, and data transformation techniques.
- Additional Skills:
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and on-premise systems.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
- Experience with troubleshooting and performance tuning.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Boomi Professional Developer Certification.
- Experience with EDI, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), or CRM platforms (Salesforce).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (Git).
