Collaboration & Escalation
Share feedback with the Monitoring Tools team for tool enhancements.
Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for SOP creation and shift-left initiatives.
Support end-user computing and remote desktop troubleshooting when required.
Required Qualifications
Education & Certifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Certifications preferred: CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft MTA, Linux Essentials.
Experience
1–3 years in infrastructure monitoring or technical support roles.
Exposure to monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Grafana, Nagios, or equivalent.
Basic understanding of Windows/Linux OS and network fundamentals.
Skills
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Good communication and documentation abilities.
Willingness to work in 24x7 support environments and rotational shifts.
