Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and customizing our Salesforce systems. This will involve creating timelines, defining project scopes, and coordinating with other team members to deliver solutions that meet our company's needs. The Salesforce Technical professional will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues. The ideal candidate is a problem solver with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, and can effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical team members.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform based on industry best practices as well as business needs.
- Manage the process of implementing improvements and new functionality in Salesforce application.
- Deliver support and solutions for break/fix issues.
- Communicate and collaborate with other technical resources and stakeholders regarding status, technical issues and creative solutions.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com development including APEX Classes, Controllers and Triggers, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Migration Tool, Web Services.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality.
- Experience with object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and patterns.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Salesforce certification is highly preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Design System.
- Experience with Salesforce.com AppExchange and third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with Salesforce.com's Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules.
- Understanding of database design and data management.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
- Experience with Salesforce.com Communities.
- Salesforce Certified Developer or Advanced Developer status.
- Familiarity with Salesforce DX.
- Experience with data migration and ETL tools.
