Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Performance Test Engineer with 10+ years of expertise in LoadRunner and Performance Engineering to lead performance testing initiatives for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in designing, developing, executing, and analyzing performance tests across complex web, cloud, API, ERP, and middleware applications. The candidate should be capable of identifying performance bottlenecks, providing tuning recommendations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure application scalability, stability, and reliability.

Skills

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain performance test scripts using LoadRunner.
• Develop workload models and performance testing strategies based on business and technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain LoadRunner scripts using:
  • Web HTTP/HTML
  • Web Services
• Parameterize scripts and implement correlation to ensure realistic test execution.
• Design reusable testing frameworks and automation utilities.

• Plan and execute various types of performance testing, including:

• Load Testing
• Stress Testing
• Endurance/Soak Testing
• Volume Testing
• Scalability Testing
• Capacity Testing

• Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks across application, database, middleware, and infrastructure layers.
• Prepare detailed performance test reports with observations, findings, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, Infrastructure teams, and Project Managers.
• Participate in performance requirement gathering and capacity planning discussions.
• Provide leadership and technical guidance to junior performance testing resources.
• Present findings and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.
