- Key Responsibilities –
We are looking for a experienced Workforce Tester with expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, Workforce Administration, and Testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of workforce management solutions through rigorous testing and validation processes.
- Testing Oracle HCM Cloud: Conduct comprehensive testing of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Time and Labor, and Absence Management.
- Test Planning and Execution: Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate system functionality and performance.
- Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Workforce Administration Testing: Validate workforce administration processes, including employee data management, time and attendance, and payroll processing.
- Automation Testing: Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
