About the Job – We are looking for SAP CRM TECHNO FUNCTIONAL Senior lead.
Educational Background – Any Graduate.
Experience- 8+ years.
Location- Noida/Bangalore/Pune/Mumbai/Hyderabad/Chennai.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the SAP CRM 7.0 application (Technically and Functionally) as part of application support for a leading gas utility within UK
• Liaise with business users (back office) to understand the requirements and deliver to the requirement by self-developing, coordinating with the other technical team.
• Carryout System Testing of the fixed Incidents and update defects in Quality Center then coordinate with business for the UAT signoff and then manage the release/deployment of the fix.
• Delivering Impact assessment/solutions for change requests raised by business users.
• Manage, coordinate and report application major incidents (P1 & P2)
• Preparation of cutover plan/RFC for implementation.
• Build end to end documentation and catalogue for supported applications and known errors.
• Hand out and give Knowledge Transfer sessions to the team.
• Support to Design daily, weekly and monthly management reports for client.
• Business Engagement – Engaging with business proactive to build trust and relationship for better stakeholder management.
• Demonstrate Proactive Approach rather than fix on fail.
• Over-all experience with 8+ years in SAP CRM 7.0.
• Knowledge of CRM functional configuration
• Knowledge of ABAP
• Knowledge on Adobe Forms
• Good experience in Workflow, Web service
• Should have good analytical and problem-solving skills in both Support and Projects.
• Good knowledge in basic
• Experience on CRM WebUI including Component, Windows, View sets and View
• Technical expertise includes creation and usage of Data Dictionary, Selection Screen, and Dialog programs, Reports, Data Migration Techniques, SAP Script, Smart forms, Adobe Forms, ABAP Objects, BAPI and BADI.
• Should have experience in application support environment (Delivering Incidents/Service Request/Change Request/Impact Assessment)
• Has capability to translate business requirements into design and then to development
• Should be able to assist the customers with business case for the development of the chosen option.
• Should have very good communication skills
• Proactive in identifying issues and coming out with solution
• Should have worked in Support projects
