Required Skills & Competencies
SAP & Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in one or more SAP modules.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA projects (implementation, conversion, rollout).
- Understanding of SAP integration points and architecture.
- Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager and basic ABAP/debugging concepts (preferred).
Project & Leadership Skills
- Proven experience leading medium to large SAP projects.
- Strong project management skills (Waterfall / Agile / Hybrid).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
