Title: Scrum Master

We have an urgent requirement for a Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Coordinator for one of our projects.
Location: Indianapolis, Indiana , USA
Joining: Immediate joiner preferred
Experience Required:

5+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, scrum master, agile delivery, or operational analyst roles

Experience working in software development or technical environments

Familiarity with Azure DevOps and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Experience with data tracking and visualization

Knowledge of building reports and dashboards for Azure DevOps in Power BI

Understanding of Azure DevOps boards and agile tools
-
Self-starter with a mindset for continuous improvement and attention to detail

Preferred: Certified Scrum Master or similar certification
Key Responsibilities:

Support development teams in optimizing delivery workflows and ensuring best practices in Azure DevOps (ADO)

Maintain and monitor Agile delivery structure within Azure DevOps (repos, boards, pipelines, etc.)

Monitor and enforce best practices across ADO projects and work items

Track and analyze team metrics such as velocity, burndown, throughput and other defined team metrics

Track, analyze and identify patterns in scrum metrics to support daily management practices
-
Gather data and compile relevant information from scrum masters and scrum teams
-
Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership using ADO and Power BI
-
Track, report and follow up on capital expenditure (Capex) related to Agile teams on alternate days, weekly and monthly

Assist in daily management material preparation using collected metrics
-
Coordinate and manage scrum ceremonies across multiple teams

Assist in backlog grooming, sprint planning and retrospectives when needed

Identify process improvements and support implementation

Assist in release management organization and communication

Coordinate release documentation creation and completion
