Title: Project Manager

Location : Gurgaon
Year of experience : 10+
Key Responsibilities:
•    Project management for MES and IoT implementations across multiple HMSI manufacturing sites.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Plant Egineering, Production, Quality, and External vendors.
•    Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISA-95)
•    Oversee system integration with ERP (SAP), SCADA, PLCs, and other enterprise systems.
•    Monitor and report on project progress, KPIs, and post-implementation performance.
•    Understanding of data analytics, machine learning, and predictive maintenance.

#    Qualifications & Preferred Skills:
•    Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science and related field
•    3 to 5 years of experience in MES/IIoT project implementation and management in a manufacturing environment.
•    Understanding of MES/IIoT platforms (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Mitsubishi, Bosch).
•    Familiarity with IoT platforms, edge computing, and industrial protocols (e.g., OPC UA, MQTT).
•    PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
•    Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
