About the Job – We are looking for SAP SUCCESSFACTOR EMPLOYEE CENTRAL PAYROLL LEAD.
Educational Background – Any Graduate.
Experience- 10+ years.
Location- Noida/Bangalore/Pune/Mumbai/Hyderabad/Chennai.
Responsibilites:
•    Experience in implementing, configuring, and managing ECP and SAP HCM Payroll solutions. Proficient in Employee Central, SAP HCM Payroll of Middle East, Time Tracking, Time Off, delivering end-to-end implementations, and providing ongoing support to global clients. Strong analytical, communication skills with a commitment to delivering innovative solutions aligned with business objectives
•    Hands on Experience in Point-to-Point Integration configuration and Data Replication Monitoring
•    Hands on Experience in Employee Central Payroll Control Center Configuration Process
•    Hands on Experience in writing the PCR and Schema in SAP HCM Payroll
•    Hands on Experience in writing the PCRs, Schema and modifying the PCR for EOS Tax and Proration in SAP HCM Payroll 
•    Hands on Experience in E2E Wage Type, Symbolic Account, GL Mapping configuration for FI Postings 
2.    Production Support:
•    Provide end-to-end production support for complex payroll environments.
•    Manage payroll run cycles and ensure timely processing.
•    Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations.
•    Review, audit, and maintain payroll records.
•    Work closely with HR and Accounting departments to streamline payroll processes.
•    Wok Closely with Client IT departments to implement and support the payroll process
•    Liaise with field consultants and offshore teams for project delivery.
•    Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to handle complex payroll scenarios.
