Title:  Sr Technical Lead-Testing Services

Area(s) of responsibility

Lead the automation testing efforts and manage the automation team.
• Interact with clients to understand requirements and plan execution strategies.
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium/java.
• Review and provide feedback on test scripts developed by the team.
• Solve technical issues and challenges faced by the team during automation.
• Plan and oversee the execution of automated tests to ensure software quality.
• Report progress, test results, and issues to stakeholders regularly.
• Update and enhance the existing automation framework to improve efficiency
and coverage.
• Create and maintain reusable assets for automation to streamline testing
processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of
automation efforts.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Automation Lead or similar role with a strong focus on
Selenium.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python.
• Solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
• Experience with test management tools like ADO and defect tracking systems.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and client interaction abilities.
