Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong ability to identify and attract top talent for various roles within the organization.

Area(s) of responsibility

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies: Craft innovative recruitment plans to attract top talent for a variety of positions.
  • Source candidates: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to find potential candidates.
  • Conduct interviews: Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the specific requirements and align with the company culture.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers: Work closely with departmental heads to understand their hiring needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment process.
  • Manage the candidate experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems: Update and manage the applicant tracking system to keep accurate records of all recruitment activities.
  • Evaluate recruitment metrics: Analyze recruitment data to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make necessary adjustments.
  • Stay updated on industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends in recruitment and talent acquisition to continuously improve processes.

Qualification

  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and employment laws and regulations.
  • Attributes: High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
