Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong ability to identify and attract top talent for various roles within the organization.
Area(s) of responsibility
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies: Craft innovative recruitment plans to attract top talent for a variety of positions.
- Source candidates: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to find potential candidates.
- Conduct interviews: Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the specific requirements and align with the company culture.
- Collaborate with hiring managers: Work closely with departmental heads to understand their hiring needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment process.
- Manage the candidate experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems: Update and manage the applicant tracking system to keep accurate records of all recruitment activities.
- Evaluate recruitment metrics: Analyze recruitment data to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make necessary adjustments.
- Stay updated on industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends in recruitment and talent acquisition to continuously improve processes.
Qualification
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and employment laws and regulations.
- Attributes: High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
