Title:  Sr Account Director-Account Management

Description: 

Area(s) of responsibility

1.    Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders for Strategic enterprise accounts
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations managed.
  • Ability to map Client Stakeholders and prepare Value proposition while collaborating with the Service lines and Global Account management teams

2.    Account Management:

  • Oversee the entire account lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing support.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive growth and retention.
  • Responsible for the Individual targets related to Revenue, Order Book, Margin and CSAT for the said accounts
  • Collaborate with the Global Account Management and Delivery teams to grow the accounts

3.    Business Development:

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling between IT and  and services.
  • Collaborate with sales, Service line SME’s and marketing teams to develop proposals and presentations.

4.    Project Coordination:

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Work along with the delivery teams to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

5.    Performance Monitoring:

  • Track and report on account performance metrics.
  • Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and areas for improvement.
