Job Overview
As an Enterprise Solution Architect, you will be responsible for driving the company's strategic technical vision by designing and implementing high-quality, scalable solutions that meet both the immediate and future needs of our business. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including business leaders and IT teams, to understand their requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs. Your role will also involve evaluating and selecting appropriate software or hardware and suggesting integration methods to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Responsibilities
•    Design and implement business solutions that integrate with the company's enterprise software applications.
•    Work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
•    Provide technical leadership and support to the software development team.
•    Continuously monitor the performance of enterprise software applications and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
Required Skills
•    Proficiency in Software Configuration: The candidate must have a deep understanding of software configuration and its principles. They should be able to manage, control, and monitor software performance.
•    Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP): The candidate must have a strong understanding of Oracle BIP and should be able to use it to create, manage, and deliver highly formatted documents.
•    Oracle Analytics Cloud: The candidate should have experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud and should be able to use it to deliver business analytics for traditional data and big data.
•    The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant professional certification is preferred.
Preferred Skills
•    Consulting: Experience in providing expert advice in a particular area such as management, IT, or HR.
•    Groovy Scripting: Knowledge of Groovy, a powerful, optionally typed and dynamic language, with static-typing and static compilation capabilities.
•    Oracle ADF: Experience with Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and its ability to build enterprise applications.
•    Financial Reporting Studio (FRS): Knowledge of FRS and its ability to design financial reports.
•    Project Management: Ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget.
•    Data Modeling: Understanding of data modeling principles and practices.
•    Cloud Computing: Knowledge of cloud services, deployment models, and application architectures.
•    Business Process Analysis: Ability to analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
•    Knowledge of ERP Systems: Understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning systems and their implementation.
•    Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
