Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Architect / Technical Delivery Manager with strong expertise in Informatica MDM, Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Integration, and Enterprise Data Architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining enterprise data strategies, architecting Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, and leading end-to-end delivery of data transformation programs.

The role requires a combination of deep technical expertise, solution architecture capabilities, and delivery leadership to drive enterprise-wide master data initiatives, improve data quality, establish governance frameworks, and enable data-driven decision-making across business functions.

Key Responsibilities

Data Architecture & Strategy

Define and implement enterprise data architecture aligned with business and digital transformation goals.
Design scalable and robust Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using Informatica MDM.
Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models for enterprise applications.
Establish enterprise-wide data standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.
Drive data modernization, consolidation, and cloud adoption initiatives.

Informatica MDM Solution Leadership

Architect and implement Informatica MDM solutions across domains such as:
Customer Master
Product Master
Supplier/Vendor Master
Location Master
Asset Master
Configure data matching, survivorship, hierarchy management, and data stewardship processes.
Lead MDM platform implementation, upgrades, enhancements, and optimization projects.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance across systems.

Data Integration & Migration

Design data integration frameworks using Informatica tools.
Lead large-scale data migration and transformation programs.
Define integration architecture between ERP, CRM, SCM, E-commerce, and third-party systems.
Develop APIs, ETL/ELT frameworks, and batch integration strategies.

Technical Delivery Management

Manage end-to-end project delivery including planning, execution, monitoring, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
Lead distributed technical teams comprising architects, developers, analysts, and consultants.
Ensure delivery adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget commitments.
Establish delivery governance, risk management, and escalation mechanisms.

Data Governance & Quality

Define and implement Data Governance frameworks.
Establish data ownership, stewardship, and accountability models.
Drive data quality initiatives and remediation programs.
Monitor data quality KPIs and governance compliance.

Stakeholder Management

Partner with business leaders to understand data challenges and transformation objectives.
Conduct solution workshops and architecture reviews.
Present architecture strategies and implementation roadmaps to executive leadership.
Serve as trusted advisor for enterprise data management initiatives.
