Senior Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Experience with Life Sciences Customers: Must have prior experience handling LSS (Pharmaceutical/Medical Devices) customers.
• Leadership Experience: Must have 7+ years of experience leading accounts/customers with P&L ownership and a profitable growth mindset.
• Account Mining: Proven account mining experience, with a strong understanding of the technology landscape.
• Executive Engagement: Ability to engage CXOs and senior leadership with effective articulation, communication, and thought leadership.
• Program Leadership: Must have led large Digital Transformation, Cloud Migration, and Managed Services programs.
• Global Delivery Model: Extensive experience with Global Delivery Model execution.
