- Finance Settlement-Invoice/Voucher generation
- OTM automation agent workflows
- Screen-sets
- Manager layout
- Roles/Menu
- Integration, external systems, Out XML profiles
- Basis understanding of middleware technologies
- Able to set-up recurring processes
- PL-SQL, should be able to write SQL queries
- BI report – Should be able to modify query template & format template
- De-bugging skills required for performing RCA
- Knowledge on Open Processes/Even queues monitoring
- Basis understanding on GTM module
- EDI connectivity for carriers & various transmission messages
