JOB Description
FTE Role : OTM-GTM Architect
Primary Skills / Expertise : OTM, GTM, WMS cloud, Presales with 16-18 years of Experience.
Role & Responsibilities :
- 17+ years of IT experience with recent experience as a solution architect/ presales role.
- Manage Project account with techno-functional expertise on OTM Application.
- Configure OTM modules & design the business requirements, must have done/worked on Migration projects
- Well versed with OTM & GTM modules: Order Management, Shipment Management, Contract and Rate Management, Business Process Automation, Configuration and Administration, Financials, Trade Compliance Management and Trade management.
- Manage OTM & GTM Quarterly Upgrade.
- Experience with implementing various WMS functionalities like Receiving, put away, Replenishment, Slotting, Cross docking, Transfer Orders, Picking, Packing, shipping, configuring Labels, configuring Web Report Gen2 etc.
- Required to have at least 2 or 3 full life cycle implementation experience with Oracle WMS Cloud.
- Ability to configure the Oracle WMS Applications to meet business requirements and document application set-ups.
- Required to have experience in integrating Oracle WMS with Fusion INV/ERP & external system.
- Design & recommend the WMS solution as per business need & warehousing best practices.
- Responsible to gather Customer Requirement, Understand Supply Chain Business, create functional specifications, provide logic to technical team, prepare test data, conduct internal testing and user acceptance testing, go-live and support and related documentation.
- Drive Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly Status Report calls with stakeholders.
- Co-ordinate with Stakeholders and internal team members on administrative processes.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to think tactically as well as strategically while coordinating cross functional teams in a matrixed environment.
- Developing standards and processes, encouraging (or enforcing where necessary) the use of those standards and processes.
