Role Summary/Purpose: 
The Cardholder Payments Business Analyst will support the Digital Payments L3 in various project management and facilitation capabilities. A core responsibility will be facilitating the development of THE CLIENT cardholder payment business flows and diagrams, leveraging strong diagramming and software architecture experience to build clean, clear, and descriptive diagrams across all cardholder payment flows at THE CLIENT. These flows will be in Whimsical and may also be migrated to Visio. The specific responsibilities for this project will include networking across the THE CLIENT organization to identify key knowledge stakeholders for specific payment flows, setting up time to interview and learn each flow from these SME’s, and then to translate that knowledge into payment flows and associated documentation. The Business Analyst will also implement organization and structure to the storage of the various payment flows. Payment capabilities that fall under this project include but are not limited to:
