Role/Expectations on Project:
• Provide functional support for Oracle Fusion US Payroll and Core HR modules in a support project.
• Troubleshoot and resolve US payroll-related issues promptly, ensuring minimal impact on operations.
• Configure and set up Oracle Fusion US Payroll and Core HR based on business requirements and legislative changes.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex US payroll and Core HR problems, collaborating with technical teams for resolutions.
• Stay informed about changes in US payroll laws and regulations, implementing updates for compliance.
• Conduct thorough testing of US payroll and Core HR configurations and changes, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for Oracle Fusion US Payroll and Core HR configurations and setups.
• Provide training sessions for end-users on Oracle Fusion US Payroll and Core HR functionalities and processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the Oracle Fusion US Payroll and Core HR system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align US payroll and Core HR processes with overall business goals.
• Generate ad hoc reports and queries to support business requirements and decision-making processes.
• Actively participate in project meetings and discussions, contributing functional expertise.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer to end-users and support teams for effective system utilization.
