SAP ECC (6.0) with strong AMS and enhancement experience
MATERIAL MANAGEMENT ( PRIMARY SKILL )
• Rich experience in MM competency and experience / certified on ECC
• Experience in various facets of MM module at both Implementation and support projects.
• Experience in the preparation of documentation and providing training for business and SAP end users in materials management module.
• Worked on basic MM procurement processes like subcontracting, stock, consumable materials, Services, Scheduling agreement and contracts, Vendor Management, and Invoice Verification.
• Worked on special procurement processes like stock transfer order (Intercompany and Intra-company), subcontracting.
• Worked on setting up enterprise structure: plant, storage location, purchase organization
WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT ( SECONDARY )
• Configure and support Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, Transfer Posting, Physical Inventory, and warehouse stock movements.
• Manage WM organizational structures: Storage Types, Storage Sections, Storage Bins, Movement Types, and Warehouse Control Parameters.
• Handle Putaway, Picking strategies, Transfer Orders (TO), and Warehouse Confirmation processes.
• Integrate MM–WM, MM–FI, and WM–SD processes ensuring seamless business flow.
• Lead incident, problem, and change management activities in AMS environments with SLA adherence.
• Analyze business requirements, prepare functional specifications, and coordinate with ABAP teams for enhancements and custom developments.
EXTENDED WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT ( DESIRABLE )
• Hands-on exposure to SAP EWM in a standalone landscape, integrated with SAP ECC as the ERP system.
• Understanding of ECC–EWM integration architecture, including document and data flow between ECC MM/SD and EWM.
• Experience supporting core eWM processes:
• Inbound Delivery Processing from ECC
• Outbound Delivery Processing and Shipping Integration
• Internal Warehouse Movements
• Physical Inventory in EWM
• Knowledge of warehouse structure setup in EWM:
• Warehouse Number, Storage Types, Storage Sections, Activity Areas
• Familiarity with EWM master data integration:
• Business Partners (Vendors/Customers)
• Material Master replication from ECC
• Packaging specifications (basic exposure)
• Working understanding of delivery-based integration between ECC (MM / SD) and EWM.
