Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle SCM Lead to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions. This role involves managing all aspects of Oracle SCM projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring, to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget. The Oracle SCM Lead will also provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, and work closely with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle SCM solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Oracle SCM team in the design, development, and implementation of Oracle SCM solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Oracle SCM team.
- Ensure the successful delivery of Oracle SCM projects on time and within budget.
Area(s) of responsibility
Required Skills
- Proficient in Oracle SCM modules including Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, and Manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Cloud SCM applications.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Oracle Financials and Oracle Procurement.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware.
- Familiarity with Oracle Database and SQL.
- Understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite.
