Job Title: Technical Lead Web and Mobile

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead Frontend to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and guiding the team in Web(ReactJS) and Mobile(ReactNative iOS App) to address and resolve our organization’s challenges. Your primary objective will be to analyze and integrate software systems to solve specific business problems, collaborating with our application development team to devise innovative software solutions.

Responsibilities: Design, modify, and test our custom application on ReactJS, ReactNative(iOS App) and NodeJS. Supervise and provide guidance to development teams on Frontend(Web and Mobile iOS app) Continuously research emerging technologies and propose necessary changes Communicate issues with current technical solutions to relevant stakeholders Evaluate the business impact of technical choices Provide updates to stakeholders on product development processes and associated cost with impact

Requirements and Skills: Proven experience as a Frontend Technical Lead or similar role Previous project management experience is advantageous In-depth understanding of coding languages Strong knowledge of various operating systems and databases Excellent communication skills Strong organizational and leadership abilities Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science preferred
