Description: 

MDM Intune – Job Description:

•    Implement and manage the Microsoft Intune environment to support mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) for various platforms, including iOS, Android, and Windows.
•    Configure and manage device policies and profiles to ensure compliance and security.
•    Enroll and onboard devices, troubleshoot enrollment issues, and support remote device management.
•    Deploy and manage applications to end-user devices, ensuring secure and efficient distribution.
•    Implement app protection policies and conditional access to secure corporate data on mobile devices.
•    Ensure that Intune policies align with security and compliance standards.
•    Monitor and respond to security incidents and apply appropriate security configurations.
•    Maintain detailed documentation of Intune configurations, policies, and incidents.
•    Generate and present reports on Intune usage, security, and compliance.
•    Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.

•    Microsoft Intune certification is preferred.
•    Proven experience in Microsoft Intune administration and configuration.
•    Strong understanding of mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) concepts.
•    Knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Azure AD, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, and Microsoft Defender ATP.
•    Familiarity with security and compliance standards and best practices.
•    Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
•    Effective communication and teamwork abilities

O365 and Remote Support –

•    Manage and administer Microsoft 365 (O365) environments, including user provisioning, license management, and security configurations.
•    Provide remote technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues promptly and effectively.
•    Utilize remote access tools to troubleshoot and resolve user-reported problems.
•    Design, implement, and manage the Exchange Online, TEAMS, OneDrive and other O365 resources environment, including mailbox configurations, distribution groups, and public folders.
•    Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration with other Microsoft 365 services.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of end-user services with broader IT initiatives.
•    Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on service delivery, enhancements, and issue resolution.
•    Implement and maintain security policies, including anti-phishing measures, spam filtering, and data loss prevention (DLP) policies.
•    Monitor and address security incidents and compliance issues.
•    Develop and enforce security policies and procedures for end-user services.
•    Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
•    Implement a continuous improvement framework to enhance service delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
•    Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to drive optimization and innovation.
•    Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.
•    Negotiate contracts and service level agreements to optimize costs and ensure quality service delivery.
•    Assist users in resolving hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

•    Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop systems, including operating systems and software applications.
•    Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts in Active Directory.
•    Reset passwords and assist with account access issues.
•    Set up and deploy new desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
•    Perform hardware and software installations and upgrades.
•    Provide remote support for off-site users, troubleshooting connectivity and software issues.
•    Utilize remote desktop tools for problem resolution.
•    Troubleshoot software-related issues and provide guidance to end-users.
•    Document technical processes, procedures, and solutions for reference and knowledge sharing.
•    Create knowledge base articles and user guides.

SCCM/MECM –

•    Provide Level 2 and 3rd level support for the desktop platform, SCCM/MECM infrastructure and troubleshooting.
•    Provide mentoring, guidance and professional development support to others on staff when needed.
•    Routine activities like, SCCM/MECM Infra Management, implementation and/or migration of any new additional site servers, performing routine maintenance activities, old package cleanup, backups etc.. and monitoring /maintaining

SCCM/MECM site servers and client health.
•    Required strong experience in SCCM/MECM with OSD, OS deployment using SCCM, MDT and WDS.
•    Managing SCCM/MECM CMG and CDP.
•    SCCM server administration, reporting and implementation of SCCM/MECM infrastructure.
•    Provide day-to-day administration and support of SCCM/MECM. 
•    Ensure correct installation, configuration, use and maintenance of the Microsoft SCCM /MECM Platform.
•    Administer SCCM software delivery, including various methods such as running advertised programs, machine targeted, user targeted, Application Library, and Software Center.
•    Manage deployment of all patches, critical updates and service packs on a timely basis
•    Maintain ongoing communications with support teams regarding application issue resolution and general workstation management support.
•    Participate in weekly Operations meeting
•    Monitor desktop platform helpdesk queue to ensure issues are resolved timely
•    Provide advanced endpoint system administration and support in a heterogeneous environment (Windows OS, Mac OS, Virtual Environments) with a high focus on endpoint security; software provisioning; patch management; endpoint lifecycle; service automation; and usability.
•    Maintain comprehensive documentation of endpoint configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Good to have 
•    Develop and execute on enterprise workstation imaging / deployment methodology
•    Develop and execute on plan for increasing overall desktop platform optimization and standardization
•    Experience in PowerShell or VB scripting.
•    Microsoft Intune environment to ensure stability, integrity, and business continuity.
