Oracle Apps – Techno Functional Consultant
Role Overview
The Oracle Techno Functional consultant oversees the complete delivery lifecycle of Oracle ERP applications, including application support, end to end solution build, and management of onsite/offshore teams. The role leads critical maintenance, development, and run support activities across modules such as General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), Accounts Payables (AP) and procure to pay.
This position requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, analytical capability, and business acumen to collaborate effectively with IT leadership and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities
• Manage full IT project lifecycle: planning, execution, scheduling, quality, communication, and cost.
• Apply SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Iterative, Agile) from concept to deployment.
• Lead distributed teams and maintain direct customer engagement.
• Execute implementation, upgrade, customization, and support for Oracle E Business Suite (R12), including design, development, and post production support.
• Perform data conversion, migration, interface development, and report creation across multiple modules.
• Support Finance and Supply Chain process flows; customize solutions based on business needs.
• Implement integrations using ETL concepts for third party systems.
• Lead and document end to end business processes, integration points, and cross functional workflows.
• Support Oracle Fusion Cloud configuration, testing, and integration mapping for Finance and Procurement.
• Participate in Cloud migration activities—data validation, testing, and aligning EBS processes with Cloud functionality.________________________________________
Skills & Expertise
Functional / Technical Skills
• Functional (60%) and Technical (40%) expertise in:
GL, FA, AP, PO, P2P, AME, Workflows.
• Integration with Coupa is nice to have
• Hands on experience across: GL, FA, AP, PO
• Strong understanding of Financials and SCM process flows.
Technical Proficiency
• Proficient in RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).
• Deep knowledge of Oracle EBS architecture, table structures, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Workflow, APIs, and OAF integration.
• Customization experience with OAF, Oracle Forms, Reports 6i/10g, BI/XML Publisher,
• Ability to develop technical design documents and troubleshoot issues, including Oracle SRs.
Reporting & Analytics Tools
• Experience with Oracle APEX for analytical report design.
Professional Competencies
• Strong communication, customer focus, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to build effective relationships and drive issue resolution in production environments.
