Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior QA Lead to drive end-to-end integration testing for complex programs within the Wealth Management domain. This role requires strong leadership, deep domain expertise, and the ability to manage cross-system testing involving applications, APIs, middleware, and third-party integrations.
The candidate will be responsible for program-level QA governance, ensuring quality across the entire integration landscape while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Program-Level QA Leadership
•    Lead and own end-to-end integration testing strategy and execution across multiple systems and applications 
•    Provide program-level status reporting, including risks, dependencies, and quality metrics 
•    Act as the single point of contact for QA across workstreams 
Integration Testing & Coordination
•    Design and oversee integration test scenarios across: 
o    Frontend applications 
o    Backend systems 
o    APIs and microservices 
o    Middleware platforms 
o    Third-party/vendor systems 
•    Ensure validation of data flow, contract integrity, and system interactions 
•    Coordinate with development, business, and vendor teams for seamless execution 
Defect Management & Quality Governance
•    Drive defect triage, tracking, prioritization, and resolution 
•    Ensure timely closure of defects with proper RCA (Root Cause Analysis) 
•    Monitor and report quality metrics, defect leakage, and test coverage 
Stakeholder Management
•    Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams 
•    Communicate testing progress, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership 
•    Facilitate cross-team alignment for integration dependencies 
Test Planning & Execution
•    Develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases 
•    Ensure adequate test data management and environment readiness 
•    Drive automation strategy where applicable for integration scenarios

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience & Domain Knowledge
•    10+ years of experience in QA/Test Management 
•    Strong expertise in Wealth Management domain (e.g., portfolio management, trading, client onboarding, reporting) 
•    Proven experience in leading large-scale integration testing programs 
Technical Skills
•    Strong understanding of: 
o    API testing (REST/SOAP) 
o    Middleware and messaging systems 
o    Microservices architecture 
o    Data validation and ETL processes 
•    Hands-on experience with tools like: 
o    Test management tools (JIRA, ALM, etc.) 
o    API tools (Postman, SoapUI) 
o    Automation frameworks (preferred) 
Leadership & Communication
•    Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills 
•    Ability to manage distributed teams and multiple workstreams 
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
