What You'll Do

Lead functional design and configuration across D365 CE (Sales, Customer Service) and Project Operations.
Run requirement workshops and translate business needs into functional specs aligned to global templates.
Configure lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-order, and project lifecycle processes (plan → resource → deliver → bill).
Ensure China-specific business, regulatory, and localization requirements are built into the solution.
Support SIT/UAT, defect resolution, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
Partner with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and reporting.

What You'll Bring

6–10+ years in CRM/ERP implementations, with strong hands-on D365 CE and Project Operations experience.
Solid grasp of project-based processes: resource management, time & expense, project accounting, billing, and revenue recognition. citeturn6search39
Experience on multi-country APAC rollout programs and Agile/hybrid delivery.
Exposure to Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) — an advantage.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant certification (CE or Project Operations) preferred.

Languages (Mandatory)

Native/fluent Mandarin Chinese
Strong English — written and spoken, for global team collaboration.

Nice to Have
Professional services, media, or project-based industry background; knowledge of billing models and project financials; exposure to Copilot/AI within D365; familiarity with Azure DevOps or ServiceNow.
