Job Title: Functional Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
Location: Shanghai, China (Onsite)
Role Purpose
The role supports the implementation and rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Project Operations solutions across APAC, with a primary focus on China.
The consultant will work with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and global transformation programs to enable CRM and project-based operational processes. The role involves translating business needs into scalable functional solutions, driving standardization, and ensuring alignment with the Client’s global operating model across sales, delivery, and project lifecycle processes.Key Accountabilities Lead functional design and configuration for D365 CE (Sales, Customer Service) and Project Operations
Conduct requirement workshops with business stakeholders across sales, operations, and delivery
Translate requirements into functional specifications aligned with global templates and best practices
Support full implementation lifecycle: design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare
Configure processes across lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-order, and project lifecycle (plan, resource, deliver, bill)
Incorporate China-specific regulatory and operational requirements into solutions
Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, data migration, and reporting
Support SIT, UAT, and defect resolution
Drive process improvements, automation, and platform adoption
Provide end-user support, training, and documentation
Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and change management processes
Participate in cutover planning and go-live readinessProfessional Knowledge, Skills & Experience6–10+ years of CRM/ERP implementation experience with strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Project Operations
Hands-on experience with D365 CE (Sales, Customer Service) and Project Operations
Strong understanding of project-based processes (resource management, time & expense, billing, project accounting)
Experience in China/APAC implementations, including localization
Experience in large-scale, multi-country rollout programs
Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models
Understanding of system integrations within the D365 ecosystem
Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) preferred
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant certification preferredLanguage Requirements Fluent Mandarin Chinese (mandatory)
