Qualifications
1.    Bachelors degree preferred.
2.    Experience with Core infrastructure design with strong knowledge of Entra and Active Directory.
3.    Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID, SAML OpenID connect, DNS DHCP and encryption solutions.
4.    Experience with Identity security including CA policies and GPOs.
5.    Experience with Azure foundations and Azure Landing Zone methodologies.
6.    Experience with AI technologies such as OpenAI, AI Foundry, Gemini, etc.
7.    Experience with Infrastructure automation technologies such as Terraform, Azure Bicep and ARM templates.
8.    Monitoring technologies, automation scripting and management, deployment, and system maintenance methodologies
9.    Relevant Certifications ITIL Intermediate v3 Service Transition, IT Planning Protection and Optimization, Service Operation, Operational Support and Analysis, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert MSCE Server, MCSE Messaging, VMware Certified Professional VCP, CompTIA Server+, CompTIA Storage plus Powered by SNIA, EMC Storage Administrator EMCSA, EMC Storage Implementation Engineer EMCIE, HP ASE Storage Solutions Architect, Cisco Certified Network Professional Data Center CCNP Data Center
10.    Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
11.    6 plus years of relevant experience required.
12.    Knowledge of typical organizational politics and political tactics; ability to effectively navigate formal and informal communication and decision-making channels.
13.    Strong Knowledge, insight, and understanding of business concepts and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
14.    Demonstrate strong analytical ability with the capability to determine the root cause of problems and issues and provide solutions.
