Title: Senior Project Manager 
Location: Preferred Amsterdam, Netherlands or Europe based
Long term contract 
 
Project Manager to support a transformation program within HR team.
The program involves implementing a unified payroll and time & attendance solution across our seven largest countries in Europe. The role will work closely with the Senior Program Manager and partner with the IT Project Manager to help drive execution and alignment.

Work Location & Travel
    Travel flexibility up to 15% – primarily within Europe
    Ability to work on-site at the Amsterdam office as needed

Role & Responsibilities
    Partner with the Senior Program Manager to track and manage deliverables across supporting workstreams

Key focus areas: 
    Data, Organizational Change Management (OCM), Compliance, etc.
    Take ownership of smaller side projects under the broader program umbrella (e.g., Leaves transition, decommissioning activities)
    Drive workstream-level planning, risk tracking, and interdependency management
    Prepare and update progress reports, RAID logs, and dashboards
    Facilitate working sessions and follow-ups with internal stakeholders and external vendors
    Identify issues early and propose actionable solutions, ensuring obstacles are escalated and resolved quickly

Skills & Experience
    5+ years of project management experience, ideally in large-scale global programs or HR/IT transformation
    Proven problem-solving mindset – ability to anticipate roadblocks and recommend solutions proactively
    Comfortable managing multiple sub-projects within a complex program environment
    Able to manage multiple and changing priorities
    Strong coordination and tracking skills; proficiency with tools like Smartsheet, MS Project
    Experience working in a matrixed environment and with third-party vendors 
    Clear, confident communicator who builds relationships and ensures accountability
    Self-starter, able to work independently and navigate ambiguity
