- More than 5 years in software engineering, industrial automation, or MES integration.
- Proven record in designing, developing, and deploying industrial software solutions.
Core Technical Skills
1. Rockwell FactoryTalk Optix
- Hands-on experience in developing applications using FactoryTalk Optix.
- Familiarity with OptixPanel hardware set up and firmware upgrades.
- Ability to animate graphic elements and configure runtime environments.
- Understanding of HMI and data visualization principles.
2. Programming Languages
- C++ (Windows/Linux) – for core platform development.
- C#/.NET – for MES integration and custom component development.
- Experience with GUI frameworks like Qt.
3. Software Development Practices
- Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
- Version control using GitLab.
- CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
- Unit testing, integration testing, and TDD.
4. Industrial Automation & IIoT
- Knowledge of OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus protocols.
- Experience interfacing with PLCs, sensors, and shopfloor devices.
- Familiarity with SCADA, MES, and Quality Gate systems.

5. System Architecture & Integration
- Designing modular and scalable software architectures.
- Integration of MES platforms with OT/IT systems.
- Real-time data acquisition and event triggering.

Certification or Trained (preferred)
- Certified or trained and worked in Rockwell Optix platform.
- Completion of FactoryTalk Optix training or equivalent.
- Familiarity with Studio 5000 and CompactLogix systems.
