Artificial Intelligence Lead – HR Technology
The Artificial Intelligence Lead plays a pivotal role in advancing our HR Technology Team's capabilities by leveraging AI and machine learning to optimize human resource processes. This position requires a visionary leader with a strong functional and technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive innovation within the HR domain.
The Artificial Intelligence Lead for HR Technology will play a key role in ensuring the business transformation program objectives are accelerated through the use of AI. This position will collaborate with our HR Tech workstreams and centers of excellence stakeholders to identify and implement AI driven capabilities that drive efficiency, reduce user pain points or use created data errors, and accelerate business outcomes while aligning to the company’s policies and meeting compliance requirements.
Primary responsibilities include
• Develop and implement AI-driven solutions to streamline HR operations such as recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, talent development, and workforce analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and automation in HR processes.
• Lead the design, testing, and deployment of machine learning models to enhance HR decision-making and predictive analytics.
• Ensure data integrity and security in AI applications and adhere to ethical guidelines and privacy regulations.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in AI and HR technology, and propose strategic initiatives to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.
• Analyze and interpret complex HR data to provide actionable insights and recommendations regarding data readiness, fit-gap, etc.
• Collaborate with vendors and third-party partners to integrate external AI solutions with internal HR systems.
Minimum Qualification, Knowledge, Skills and Experience/ (Key Competencies)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in developing AI solutions
• Ability to partner with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to understand business objectives and expected outcomes and define requirements.
• Proven experience in AI and machine learning, with a focus on HR applications.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Excellent understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical methods.
• Experience in natural language processing (NLP) and chatbot development.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
Additional Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and deliver solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Project management experience and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and act as a project manager when needed.
• Excellent executive communication skills (verbal/written) including preparation and delivery
• Strong collaboration across a matrixed organization.
• Proficiency at grasping and leveraging new technical concepts quickly.
• Ability to work under minimum supervision.
